Mat \u00e4r n\u00e5got vi alla har en relation till. Jag jobbar sj\u00e4lv i livsmedelsindustrin d\u00e4r vi producerar djupfrysta gr\u00f6nsaker, frukt och b\u00e4r. Med fokus p\u00e5 \u00e4kta, inspirerande, ekologiskt och bekv\u00e4mt. Bekv\u00e4mt? Ja, det kan faktiskt vara bekv\u00e4mt fast man inte anv\u00e4nder halv- eller helfabrikat. Det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt bekv\u00e4mt att anv\u00e4nda sig av frysta produkter. D\u00e5 f\u00e5r du inget matsvinn, du anv\u00e4nder bara det du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet och stoppar tillbaka resten i frysen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jag tror att en del av det stora (och \u00f6kande) matsvinnet beror mycket p\u00e5 att v\u00e5r mat \u00e4r f\u00f6r billig. Med klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna som vi har och efter den sv\u00e5ra torkan i somras vilket bidrog till\u00a0den s\u00e4msta sk\u00f6rden sedan 1958. B\u00f6nderna m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 betalt och det \u00e4r vi konsumenter som m\u00e5ste vara beredda p\u00e5 att betala mer f\u00f6r maten. N\u00e4r maten blir dyrare kommer det att bidra till att fler t\u00e4nker smartare och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker undvika matsvinn tror jag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maten hemma kan man p\u00e5verka sj\u00e4lv, men i skolan \u2013 hur \u00e4r maten i skolan?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mer gr\u00f6nt, ta bort socker och servera mindre k\u00f6tt i skolan!\u00a0\ud83c\udf3fLivsmedelsverket uppdaterade nyligen sina r\u00e5d f\u00f6r skolm\u00e5ltider. Inte en dag f\u00f6r tidigt om ni fr\u00e5gar oss. Skolm\u00e5ltiderna \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt olika fr\u00e5n kommun till kommun. Det \u00e4r en sak att p\u00e5verka vad barnen \u00e4ter hemma men det \u00e4r minst lika viktigt att engagera sig och st\u00e4lla krav p\u00e5 skolm\u00e5ltiderna. L\u00e4s Livsmedelsverkets\u00a0\u201cNya r\u00e5d lyfter skolmatens betydelse f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsa och l\u00e4rande\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serveras ekologisk mat? Hur \u00e4r det med k\u00f6ttet? \u00c4r det thail\u00e4ndsk kyckling eller svenskt k\u00f6tt? Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 otroligt olika fr\u00e5n kommun till kommun.
Vissa kommuner \u00e4r j\u00e4ttebra p\u00e5 att servera b\u00e5de ekologiskt och svenskt. Andra inte. Ta reda p\u00e5 vad som g\u00e4ller i just din kommun. V\u00e5ga fr\u00e5ga! (svenskt k\u00f6tt = ingen antibiotika, l\u00e4s mer h\u00e4r)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Takeaway\/restauranger \u2013 v\u00e5ga fr\u00e5ga om ursprunget p\u00e5 r\u00e5varorna.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

P\u00e5 restauranger \u00e4r det vanligare \u00e4n vad man tror med utl\u00e4ndskt k\u00f6tt just d\u00e4rf\u00f6r det inte finns krav p\u00e5 att man ska m\u00e4rka ursprunget p\u00e5 r\u00e5varorna i restaurangbranschen. \u00c4ven h\u00e4r g\u00e4ller det att v\u00e5ga fr\u00e5ga! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slutligen, h\u00e4r kommer sex tips om vad man kan t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 n\u00e4r man st\u00e5r d\u00e4r i aff\u00e4ren och ska komma p\u00e5 vad man skall servera till middag.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. \u00c4t mindre k\u00f6tt. K\u00f6p mer gr\u00f6nsaker, g\u00e4rna fryst! Det blir billigare och mindre matsvinn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. N\u00e4r ni k\u00f6per k\u00f6tt. V\u00e4lj ekologiskt och\/eller n\u00e4rodlat, handla fr\u00e5n en g\u00e5rd n\u00e4ra dig. S\u00f6k t.ex. p\u00e5\u00a0G\u00e5rdsn\u00e4ra.se<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. R\u00e4dda resterna & minska matsvinnet!\u00a0Hush\u00e5llen svarar f\u00f6r den absolut st\u00f6rsta delen av matsvinnet, 717\u00a0000 ton.\u00a0Det motsvarar cirka 74 kilo per person och \u00e5r eller 0,8 kilo matavfall f\u00f6r en familj p\u00e5 fyra personer varje dag.
